What are the typical weekly hours of Biodiagnosis Sithonia?

Our Doctors and highly trained staff are present every day except Sunday so that we can serve you in the best possible way.

When do I need to make an Appointment?

– Lab tests that only require sample collection do not need an appointment.

– Lab tests that require blood sampling are taken daily from 7:30 to 15:00 without an appointment and after 15:00 to 20:00 by appointment. Saturday 8:00-13:00 without an appointment.

Note: All laboratory test results are emailed to you and carbon copy to your Doctor the next day. Saturday exams are sent the next business day.

In the radiology department, X-ray, osteoporosis, mammography, and panoramic X-ray examinations are done daily from 9:00 to 15:00 without an appointment and after 15:00 to 20:00 by appointment. Saturday 8:00-14:00 without an appointment.

– All ultrasound examinations require a mandatory appointment.

I would like to visit your Orthopaedic department, do I need an appointment?

In our Orthopedic Department, the Doctor is only held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 to 14:00 and has to be preceded by an appointment in one of the available ways:

What can I expect at an appointment?

Upon arriving at the Medical Center, the staff will greet you, and you will be offered a seat in the waiting area. We will attend to you as soon as possible; the average waiting time is 15 minutes unless there are special circumstances involving an emergency case.

What happens if I am a new patient?

During your initial appointment, we are required to collect your information to create a medical history. You have to sign certain documents regarding the privacy policy of your data, which you can access at any time.

After that, we will proceed with your examination in the order of priority based on your arrival.

Depending on the results of your tests, the nature of your medical issue, and your holiday schedule, we will refer you to the appropriate healthcare professional. If additional visits are necessary, our staff will inform you about the date and time for your next appointment.

Do you have Imaging (x-Rays, Ultrasonography) facilities?

Sure!

In our facility, we offer a wide range of imaging services, including dental panoramic X-rays, ultrasounds, mammograms, and bone density measurements for osteoporosis.

What happens if I need a prescription?

For orthopedic issues, we cover all referral and prescription possibilities. We can also prescribe, e.g. analgesic treatment for your condition. Please let us know if you have any allergies or other medical conditions.

If you are already taking medications prescribed by your family doctor, please bring them with you for clarifications or potential drug interactions and associations with the new condition.

Do you have parking facilities?

Sure!

Free parking is available in front of and around the Medical Center, with access for individuals with disabilities.

Do you provide accessibility for PWD?

Our Medical centre is equipped with all the necessary facilities for people with disabilities (PWD).

We offer easy access to our premises, featuring ramps and suitable entrances. Additionally, we have ensured free parking spaces located near the entrance, as well as accessible restrooms that meet all requirements.
